During our meeting at Ação Educativa the 29th June, we discussed some new actions and I tried to organize them into the cathegories below. I started writing them in Portuguese because everything would be translated, so I'm putting it in this Talk Page while we see if it's fine and translate it. I also put some time references into brackets, although we didn't really detail the timeline yet.

Produção e difusão de conhecimento[edit]
- To map open educational resources and collaborative bulding of knowledge in the education field (1st semester) / Realizar mapeamento/Estado da Arte sobre pesquisa em recursos educacionais abertos e construção colaborativa de conhecimento na educação (1º semestre)
- To organize a public event about educational practices and the collaborative creation of knowledge content and release of the result of the map mentioned above (1st semester) / Realizar evento público sobre práticas docentes e construção colaborativa de conhecimento na educação, divulgando resultados do mapeamento (1º semestre)
- To disseminate educational content created by Ação Educativa through Wikimedia projects and apps for tablets (atividade contínua)
Formação[edit]
- To organize a regular six months course for educators from different levels in order to empower them to build content in Wikimedia Projects (2º semestre)
- To develop a methodology for the collaborative organization and documentation of educational experiences with Wiki tools, creating a guide to help people and organizations to document their educational practices with WIKI (i.e. in the Wikiversity) - resulting in a collection of pedagogical practices built collaboratevely) - 3rd semester / Desenvolvimento de metodologia para construção colaborativa de sistematizações de experiências educativas a partir de ferramentas wiki (trata-se da elaboração de um manual de orientação sobre como pessoas e organizações podem sistematizar suas práticas educativas utilizando ferramentas wiki – como o Wikiversidade, por ex. – de modo a criar um banco de práticas pedagógicas contruído colaborativamente) - (3º semestre)
Articulação/Rede[edit]
- To build, maintain and pep a network of professors from the Brazilian education program and help them become self-sustainable and managed
- To support the organization of 5 regional commmunity meetings throughout Brazil
- To support the organization of 6 local commmunity meetings throughout Brazil
Governança do projeto[edit]
- To organize 2 annual meetings with the community, Ação Educativa and newcomers (encontro inicial e avaliação do processo presenciais, além dos espaços virtuais permanentes)
