There is no way all that stuff can be discussed together. Any objection in turning this into a redirect to the tracking bug I just made?[1] --Nemo 08:43, 26 April 2014 (UTC)

No objection but isn't the obvious solution to create another wiki? At least five of these items could be brought together in one of the current proposals like Global-Wiki or UserWiki? I might be wrong about this but the following appear to be related:
I understand the reasoning used by MZMcBride but I can see an acute need to centralise user-related bits and pieces. Green Giant supports NonFreeWiki (talk) 22:46, 27 April 2014 (UTC)
