Clarification
[edit]If a topic area is ECP on a local wiki project, may a non ECP editor do an RFC on this plaform? ~2025-42770-91 (talk) 17:03, 24 December 2025 (UTC)
- "ECP"? —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 20:17, 24 December 2025 (UTC)
- Extended confirmed protected (ECP), meaning only editors that have edit confirmed protected status (30 days + 500 edits) may mention the topic. If I'm not ECP, can I ask for input here in order to get help? ~2025-42839-90 (talk) 23:25, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
- I don't know that this is the ideal place to ask. Which page is this about and on which wiki? —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 23:29, 25 December 2025 (UTC)
- Got it! Thank you. ~2025-43094-56 (talk) 14:13, 26 December 2025 (UTC)

Abuse of power by admin Mdktb on ar.wikiversity
[edit]Dear Stewards and Members of the Meta-Wiki Oversight Committee,
I am writing to formally log an urgent complaint regarding the systemic abuse of administrative privileges and severe violations of global foundation policies by the local administrator of Arabic Wikiversity, (User:Mdktb), against my academic profile as an independent researcher (User:Abdullah Ajlan Al-Khalidi).
The administrator summarily speed-deleted my original research article titled "Local Content Intensity Framework (LCI Framework)". Upon filing a legitimate local administrative appeal citing global policies that protect and host original academic drafts (Wikiversity:Research), the administrator responded with an overtly hostile tone, launching a clear personal attack and publicly insulting my intellectual integrity. His official log comment states: "المحتوى مجرد محاولة تذاكي ركيك يفتقر للجدة العلمية" (Translation: "The content is merely a weak attempt at being clever, lacking scientific novelty").
This behavior constitutes a direct and egregious breach of the global Wikimedia Civility Policy and the core principle of No Personal Attacks (NPA). Furthermore, the administrator completely ignored the "Assume Good Faith" (AGF) directive, rendering subjective, derogatory, and unscientific judgments without providing a single macroeconomic or empirical counter-argument against the quantitative equation (LCI = LCV / MD) or the 5-year simulation data provided.
He has also dismissively defamed verified academic indexing frameworks, claiming that a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.22816907) secured via Zenodo (managed by CERN and the European Union) carries no weight, showing a severe disregard for formal scholarly timestamping.
Taking advantage of the low administrative activity and the lack of oversight on the Arabic Wikiversity project, this administrator is enforcing personal biases and stifling independent research.
Therefore, I respectfully request the international oversight body to intervene immediately to: 1. Conduct an official review of User:Mdktb's administrative behavior and hold him accountable for violating the Civility Policy. 2. Restore the deleted page and ensure an impartial, neutral community evaluation free from local administrative intimidation.
Sincerely, Independent Researcher: Abdullah Ajlan Al-Khalidi Permanent Academic DOI Verification: https://doi.org عبدالله عجلان الخالدي (talk) 14:11, 19 September 2026 (UTC)
