Local indefinite IP talk-page block exempt for Turkeybutt JC (talk)

I'm sorry, I promise I won't (intentionally, willingly or knowingly) disrupt or do anything disruptive or make disruptive edits again, but if it's the potential-disruption highlighter that makes you think that I'm being disruptive, let me tell you that the highlighter highlights potential or possible disruption, but that doesn't mean it's disruptive, it just means it's potentially disruptive, but unfortunately for me, the blocking policy states that the blocks are for protecting Wikipedia from potentially disruptive editing, but please pardon my disruption, I've learned from those mistakes and to be more careful with my editing, also I'm not appealing through the Unblock Ticket Request System or Simple EnWiki's system because I don't use email, check email or send email, I choose to appeal in-wiki, or so help me, thanks, --Turkeybutt JC (talk) 10:58, 13 September 2016 (UTC)

@Turkeybutt JC: Two things:
  1. This request should've been posted on the main page, not on the talk page.
  2. Meta is only for requesting global IP block exemptions, which only exempt global blocks. Local blocks of any kind will still affect you. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 11:04, 13 September 2016 (UTC)
I'm indefinitely IP talk page blocked from both English Wikipedias, is there a way to appeal without using email? Because I don't check, send or read email. --Turkeybutt JC (talk) 11:06, 13 September 2016 (UTC)
@Turkeybutt JC: For the English Wikipedia, see w:en:WP:UTRS. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 11:18, 13 September 2016 (UTC)
Nope, the UTRS system requires that I give an email address, and I refuse to associate my WP account with an email address. --Turkeybutt JC (talk) 11:20, 13 September 2016 (UTC)
We can't do anything here then. Meta-Wiki doesn't overrule local administrator decisions. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 23:44, 13 September 2016 (UTC)
Just a note that the initiator of this request is now indef blocked on meta and locked globally. – Ajraddatz (talk) 23:45, 13 September 2016 (UTC)

Adding (spamblacklistlog) to abusefilter-helpers

A proposal to add viewing SBL's to the abusefilter-helpers group open at Talk:Abuse_filter_helpers#Adding_.28spamblacklistlog.29_to_the_package. Please discuss on that page, thank you. — xaosflux Talk 16:03, 29 October 2016 (UTC)
