After a couple of readings, I found the recommendation too vague. Despite I acknowledge the will to close the social and technical gap, since it seems to deal with potentially politically sensitive aspects and, at the same time, it suggests an additional associated workforce who might stay a bit in limbo, I admit I became a bit concerned. Would be interesting to engage academia in this. We don't need a big entity (...)
