The VisualEditor global monthly newsletter is now fully translatable. Future time windows for translations will be announced through the Translators mailing list, or personally to volunteers who want to help with this task. Please contact Elitre (WMF) to indicate your availability.

I'd argue Tech News reaches more people than just those who signed up in the Translators' mailing list (I know several who don't), hence why I aim to TN mentioning this.[reply]
