Hi @Johan (WMF): The removal of unblockself shouldn't be in the "Future changes" section I reckon as it has already happened per https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/475808/. There was an attempt to revert it at https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/operations/mediawiki-config/+/475947/ but it is CR-2.
