Should we record the meeting and make the archive publicly available?[edit]

Yes[edit]

  1. Yes, we should always default to more access. -- Fuzheado (talk) 17:46, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
  2. i kinda agree, need to set example of openness, although need to be sensitive to doxxed editors. Slowking4 (talk) 01:29, 3 July 2016 (UTC)

Questions, comments, and discussion[edit]

  • If we record it make sure we let people know that it will be recorded and preserved both on the agenda and during the call itself. People might not necessarily realize a conference call is being recorded. Not objecting to anyone knowing what I said, I just want to know if my messy desk is on the permanent record so I can turn my webcam off. Gamaliel (talk) 02:58, 1 July 2016 (UTC)
  • any attendee can record the session, so we might want to notify people and suggest use of tape / video off, if attendees want to audio only. Slowking4 (talk) 14:54, 1 July 2016 (UTC)
