يجب علينا تحديد أخر أجل لتقديم الترشحات (بما في ذلك ملف الترشيح)، ثم المرور إلى الأسئلة، وفي الأخير فقط نصوت بصفة علنية.

هذا مقترحي :

• أخر أجل لتقديم الترشحات (بما في ذلك ملف الترشيح) : 15 أوت/أغسطس/آب

• فترة الأسئلة : من 15 إلى 30 أوت/أغسطس/آب

• مرحلة التصويت العلني : من 1 إلى 15 سبتمبر/أيلول (في حال تواجد أكثر من مدينة)

Helmoony: I think that your proposal is very efficient. However, think also about the period of the conference and about the possibility of delivering a presentation through Internet using Skype or other online software for the people who cannot assist to the conference. --Csisc (talk) 13:19, 1 August 2015 (UTC)

Dates?

Hi AKlapper (WMF), The dates I have on my calendar are March 24-26 for the actual conference. The PEG request has a welcome dinner on March 23rd, and people departing Amman on March 27th. Can you please confirm, Mervat or Abbad? Thanks! Tighe Flanagan (WMF) (talk) 20:09, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
