Hi Varinder,

Since this initiative — Wiki Loves Wild Flowers — doesn't exist in a compartment but in the Wikiverse. WikiProject India & WikiProject Plants of en:WP is your natural ally in this, you may like to have clearcut aims. Feel free to seek out our help in any specific way:

I suggest that the aims of how to do this should be clearly enunciated. May I propose some for your consideration :

Create articles on Flora of Punjab both in En:WP & Pa:WP.
Create list articles on Wild flowers of Punjab both in En:WP & Pa:WP.
Check out Wikimedia Commons for all the photos of each species already available. Like this - commons:Abutilon_indicum
Select which images are needed & provide those (including close ups of anatomical features, photos in ecosystem, etc)
Ensure that articles are created for both en & pa:WPs in case they don't have any.

@AshLin Apologies for completely missing this message. Thank you for your suggestions.

The primary focus of this project is to photographically document complete profiles of the wildflower species on Commons.
We have started curating the list of species which you suggested as well.
Most of our community members write only on Punjabi Wikipedia but I believe creating/expanding articles on English Wikipedia will be very valuable. We might come to this in the first phase which is starting from April until June 2022.
