Shablon (and banner) not shown in other langs (example, for Ukraine Wikipedia - Your can see on my TALK page)

Kiwix link to download Win9- app is rot[edit]

Hi, as I am preparing the page for translation via Translation Extention, I found the link For Windows versions prior to Windows 10: Windows 9 and below is rot. Going to Kiwix zip archive, I found "kiwix-0.9+wikipedia_en_medicine_2018-03.zip" dated 2018-03-25 09:14 at size 4.9G.
