A great idea! This is going to sound weird... but I just finished creating a similar website. It's, er, almost exactly the same as your proposed idea. It's called [MidnightWiki]. Maybe the two projects could come together? I wish I had seen this before I created it, but it's done now, so I suppose I'll leave it up.

- The pages on Wikipedia called Wikidea and Wikipedia:Wikidea redirect here. Why isn't this page on Wikipedia? Why is this referred to as a "future extension" rather than a "proposal"? Why does this proposal have special status (it is linked to in the introduction of Category:Proposed projects)? Brian Jason Drake 03:26, 4 December 2005 (UTC)
