Hi @Shyamal: Thanks for the report, and supporting the program as a facilitator. I would like to hear more from you about "reduced expenses by having trainers work in their own cities with participants from the same place using meetups" Are you suggesting that this should be done as the first step? In general we are not learning from each other - in the past we used to have city-meetups where such skill-exchanges were possible without the travel expenses. I am sure volunteer resources exist in all major cities - just that we are not doing much to network locally. Hopefully some of the participants will do this with individuals in their circles and small local-user-groups now and then. Shyamal (talk) 11:32, 4 October 2018 (UTC)
