Question from Wikimania COT Grant Team[edit]

Hi Cftoro (WMCL)! Thanks for submitting your application, it's exciting to see in-person events being planned in Chile. Could you clarify the timeframe for your event? Will it be held before Wikimania, during Wikimania, or after Wikimania? The Central Organizing Team might be able to support your application regardless, but it's important for us to get a sense of how your event will fit into the general schedule of round-the-world events. Hi Aced! We're planning this for august 6, the week before Wikimania. This because our community doesn't usually participate in the conference and we want to use this local event to activate our community and motivate them to attend Wikimania :-).
