We appreciate your proposal and idea, but we cannot support it this time, as we already received two other proposals from Uzbekistan, and that is max number of proposals that we can fund through one year for a specific project/community/country, as we want to have a diversity in our programme, which is well explained on our Meta page.

Besides this, we have a review for your project and here is our opinion: your proposal does not even explain the activities that you are planning to do and you do not explain in detail your proposal, so it does not have enough information to do a clear review.
