We appreciate your proposal and idea, but we cannot support it this time, as our programme received too many applications at the end of the year, and we do not have enough funds for every proposal.

Besides this, we reviewed your project and here is our opinion: the proposal should be rewritten and better explained as it has quite low metrics, as you are mentioning contest with only 50 articles, and the contest will be organised between two groups. Additionally, your budget for prizes is too high, as books are not so expensive even in Western Europe.
