Yes, I'm being cautiously conservative in my estimates as we are spending small amounts of money in 2012/13 while that budget is 2013/14 (probably, not sure where you are looking), and the same budget also covers the chapters conference, I believe, based on a call I had with Pavel some weeks ago. --Fæ (talk) 15:39, 19 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
