Relation between NWO and WMF[edit]

I am not sure this question has been addressed, but NWO's are by countries, whereas projects are by languages. If a person A speaks B as mothertongue (an contributes to B.wp), but resides in the country C where there is a NWO, but mainly concerned with C.wp, then it would be unreasonable that he/she is a member of a chapter either in C, or in the country B is the official language. Such a person will be discriminated by the existing system, since no NWO is going to represent him/her (or eventually nominate him/her). --Yaroslav Blanter 14:43, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I am person A with mother tongue B (German) who lives in country C (the Netherlands). I am a member of the German NWO. If I don't feel represented for any reason, I can become an individual member and vote myself Council members.--Ziko-W 16:37, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
