The committee discussed items relating to the hiring of and transition to a new WMF Executive Director. The committee also briefly discussed Board evaluation and development.

Contemporaneously approved summary of the meeting, which didn't make it onto this page. I noticed this looking through old notes, during discussions of the overall decrease in published minutes. There was no active decision to stop publishing minutes, or to move to minutes on the Board wiki no longer having a public summary, then or in the ensuing few years. –SJ talk  18:48, 31 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
