Compensation

Hello,

I think a topic what is from my point of view import if you choose the new CEO for the Wikimedia Foundation is the compensation and how it is calcualted. From my point of view the current compensation as I found them on the following page Wikimedia Foundation salaries in a calendar year basis and in the form 990 in a reporting year basis is too high. For me as a volunteer is it not clear how it is possible to earn such a high amount in a Non-Profit-Organisation. The money that comes from the donors and from the services during Wikimedia Enterprise in future comes because of the content that is generated by volunteers. Because of that I think it is important that a employee thinks about compensation and pays attention that is not much higher that what is needed. Please publish after you have chosen the new CEO how you calculated the compensation. From my point of view it is important to explain that. At the moment I dont understand why some employees of the Wikimedia Foundation earn so much money as mentioned in Form 990 and at the specific page.
