Publish a Newsletter with active participation from diverse community members. Affiliates and organisers feel supported and confident to share their stories, and it has been useful for their local recognition. Participate in global events.	Participate in and recommend 12 global events.	At least 12 events where the Hub has a significant presence and role. Increased visibility of the Hub in the global EduWiki movement. The Hub becomes the go-to partner for Wikimedia and education-related global events.
Facilitate a global conversation on a future EduWiki conference.	Identify the host country for the EduWiki Conference 2027.	A clear roadmap for the next EduWiki Conference has been established. The host community feels supported and empowered to organize the conference. Increased engagement and enthusiasm for the future of the EduWiki movement.
Identify and establish new partnerships.	Establish 6 partnerships. Sign MOUs with relevant stakeholders.	At least 6 partnerships with regional and global educational institutions. Increased visibility and recognition of the Hub as a reliable partner in the education sector. The Hub is able to provide more comprehensive services to the community due to these partnerships.
