Talk:Wikipedia 15/Events/Hello Wikipedia - My Proudest Article

Hello, I think this is a good idea. How about the linguistic aspect? To demonstrate Wikipedia's multilingual character, which is one of the big assets of our community and defining features of our project, I suggest that everyone speaks in their own language (or the language they are contributing in). If the videos are to be recorded ahead, it should not be difficult to add subtitles in English, which could possibly be translated into any other language later if somebody would like to use the material in a local context in a follow-up of the event. What do you think? --Blahma (talk) 20:16, 11 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
