Solo participants[edit]

This page originally had a sign-up for solo participants (TOC section 1.2). The section heading and content were deleted (by User:Minorax; no edit summary), possibly in error. Now the section heading has been restored (by User:Tulsi Bhagat) and a user has signed up. However, the previous content with 15 user signups has not yet been restored. What is intended?
