Tamil Wikimedians/FNF 2026 events
Feminism and Folklore is an international writing contest and photo uploading to Wikicommons organized at Wikipedia annually in the months of February-March to document folk cultures and feminism in different regions of the world on Wikipedia. This is the report of Tamil community who has won various prizes globally. The Community has organised 2 in-person and 1 online workshops to outreach various communities. Below are the list of events conducted to educate Feminism and folklore contest.

Goals

- yes, We are happy to do outreaches in various form and got 6 new active users and 50+ new users. We had organized 2 inperson workshops in different cities and 1 online workshops. However we able to outreach and make aware various groups on feminism & folklore theme.

- We encouraged many users to participate in the contest and 9 users had participated in article contest. However as a community we able to create 329 articles. We got active contributors from dindigul city.
