Made to be a copy of en:Template:Div col and en:Template:Div col end. See their docs for usage instructions.

Updated with upstream, except that the template/stylesheet name is changed from Div col to Div column.

{{Div col}} and {{Div col end}} is no longer updated due to compatibility issues.
