[edit]A template to be applied to protected interface messages/skins (part of the MediaWiki interface), stating that most users are not allowed to perform a certain action on the thing that this template has been applied to. It also provides a handy 'submit edit request' message, for everyone else who may want to request a certain edit to the thing in question.
