For use on the top of all SE/SC pages. - See Template:Steward election status/status for updating the status.

Parameters:

• year = Year. If undefined, the template will default to an untranslatable "These steward elections are finished. No further votes will be accepted." - This is for backwards-compatibility for pre-2017 pages.
• startdate = when voting starts (day + time)
• enddate = when voting ends (day + time)
