Template editor (templateeditor) is a right enable on several wikis which provides an additional protection level so non-admins with technical knowledge can edit protected templates and modules. Despite the name, any page can be template editor protected.

Requests to add the user group to a wiki should be on Phabricator. See requesting wiki configuration changes for more information.
