What is the difference between http://wikisource.org and http://en.wikisource.org ?

I can not use my http://wikisource.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Contributions&target=Julo account for my SUL and I did not know what is the proper syntax.

If I put blank in third parameter (language code): {{Merging|Julo| |s}}, the result is as follows:

s: :Julo – contribs – log – CentralAuth – usurp

but my nick above links to http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/User:Julo - but not to http://wikisource.org/wiki/User:Julo
