add linked permalink to reason string

I think the reason, which currently is

Per%20%5B%5B:m:SRUC%5D%5D%20%28oldid%3D{{REVISIONID}}%29

should be changed to

Per%20%5B%5B:m:Special:Permalink/{{REVISIONID}}%7C:m:SRUC%20%28oldid%3D{{REVISIONID}}%29%5D%5D

so that the link target already contains the request and you do not have to search at archive subpages. Merlissimo (talk) 13:39, 19 June 2012 (UTC)

Rename reason at Special:GlobalRenameUser does not include :m prefix

I noticed the current reason at Special:GlobalRenameUser filled by this template only shows per [[Special:Permalink/(revision id)|request]] instead of per [[:m:Special:Permalink/(revision id)|request]]. This is problematic when the local rename log is seen at non-meta wikis because the link will be to the local wiki, not Meta. I tried reverting the template to this revision which has some improvements with urlencode, but when clicking the rename links at actual SRUC page, revisionid does not parse (only shows "-") in the reason. From what I see, this change introduces MediaWiki:Group-user.js, which 1) requires the label to be exactly "request" instead of "m:SRUC", and 2) the wikilink does not include :m prefix, so it's specifically designed for Meta only. -★- PlyrStar93 _{→Message me. ←} 21:27, 14 April 2019 (UTC)

If I restore to using {{REVISIONID}}, the revision ID parses at sandbox pages but doesn't parse at SRUC (I guess it only parses in non-mainspace). -★- PlyrStar93 _{→Message me. ←} 21:34, 14 April 2019 (UTC)

Okay, I think I see why. MediaWiki:Group-user.js is loading [[Special:Permalink]] rather than [[m:Special:Permalink]]. Filed an edit request to have that changed here. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 15:13, 28 September 2019 (UTC)
