doc or no doc?

Yesterday someone created a rather useless documentation page for this and included it in a wrong fashion. The wrong syntax was corrected afterwards, but I just removed the template, as the doc is a) not written in proper English and b) rather senseless, as nothing but the already obvious ist stated in it. I wonder whether to speedy the useless template or correct the language and content (which I would not do, as I consider it superfluidal).
