Abusing on spanish page mini world cup of clubs 1950 "pequeña copa mundo"
[edit]There is admins on there that have been abusing by years of their power, they're unrespecting laws of wikimedia as the use of normal accounts to create "editing war" and then they come with admins accounts to block all the people that try to edit the page excep for they normal acounts

Normal accounts: Raúl Quintana Tarufetti, Elías, jau12234
It doesnt care any argument or evidence on links, they just errase it, then they say it is war and vandalism. Its been happening by years, now they block the editing mode on article, has block my account, i guess other acconts cus it has been Immovable, they are doing that even in the discution page ..... in there people is explaining why article its not ok, but they erase that, has been by years, please understand that, by decades!
ive been talking with Wikimedia Trust & Safety via email, they told me to talk in here as a step, if here doesnt work, we do something different but they say here will work, hope so!

U4C revisa los bloqueos locales de los proyectos de wikis??

- Hola @AbchyZa22: acerca de tu pregunta, en algunos proyectos existen correos de apelación a bloqueos, mientras que en otros proyectos no existen correos. Considera que cada comunidad funciona de forma distinta y por ello los procedimientos de revisión o apelación pueden ser distintos. El U4C se encarga de revisar que el Código Universal de Conducta se aplique correctamente en los proyectos y que, en caso de que algún procedimiento de revisión o apelación no se acoja a sus reglas internas, podemos ayudar a revisar la situación. Our community is holding an RfC on our arbitration mechanism (zh:WP:RFC/ARB2026, comment period ending 12 July 2026 AoE); I have participated in it and have been preparing participant summaries for the eventual closer. This inquiry conveys questions raised during the discussion and does not represent the community or the RfC initiator.
One topic concerns establishing a local UCoC enforcement structure, with our Arbitration Committee handling UCoC-related complaints — including, under the option currently favoured in discussion, certain off-wiki conduct that affects on-wiki activity on Chinese Wikipedia (with strict intake criteria, and with severe cases such as threats to personal safety referred to the Foundation or global mechanisms rather than handled locally). The proposal designates the U4C as the appellate body for such cases. Before the community finalizes the outcome, clarification on the following would be helpful:
- Does the UCoC Enforcement Guidelines' provision for local enforcement structures cover jurisdiction over off-wiki conduct connected to a single project, or is off-wiki conduct considered to fall to the U4C in the first instance?
- Are there formal requirements or a recognition process for a local ArbCom to be considered a UCoC enforcement structure, or does a local consensus suffice?
- If our ArbCom rules on a UCoC-related case, what is the correct procedural route for an appeal to reach the U4C, and are there format or documentation requirements we should build into our local policy?
- Where a case spans multiple projects or languages, the current draft directs coordination with other communities and the U4C rather than unilateral local handling — does this match the U4C's expectations?
