The Wikipedia Library/Processes/Announcing partnerships/10 2016
Because we want to make sure that the Wikimedia community gets notified of new accounts in multiple venues within the same block of time in order to create an even playing field for Wikipedians in multiple language communities, make sure to do the following within a narrow window of time (preferably a couple of hours, but at least in the same 12-hour window).
Status for most recent release[edit]
Please mark each of the following with {{done}} ~~~~ after you have completed it.

- Make sure all signup pages are open to accept applications (uncomment application section and change header)

Update en:WP:TWL/Journals[edit]
One of the most important steps is to update en:WP:TWL/Journals and The_Wikipedia_Library/Journals to include all of the newest partnerships. Similarly, the navigational templates en:WP:TWL/Header, and en:Template:TWLJ on both English and Meta should be updated to reflect the changing status of those new partnerships.
- available Tilastopaja is a database offering athletics statistics from Finland and worldwide.
- available ASHA, the American Speech–Language–Hearing Association, is a professional association for speech–language pathologists, audiologists, and speech, language, and hearing scientists; it publishes journals of interest to these groups.
- available Édition Diffusion Presse Sciences is a scientific publisher of journals.
- available Foreign Affairs is an American journal of international relations and U.S. foreign policy.
- available OpenEdition is a publisher of books and journals in the social sciences and humanities. While most of OpenEdition's content is Open Access, they have donated access to Freemium for Journals; an additional collection of 140 usually paywalled journals.
