What activity is tracked by default

Edits on the home wiki for each Program — the project and language that were selected when the Program was created — are tracked by default. Wikimedia Commons uploads and Wikidata edits are also tracked for all programs.

Additionally, the Dashboard pulls in edits from any wikis that have an assigned article for the program.
