我在此指控Lemonaka涉嫌对我本人实施长期的跨维基的诽谤、骚扰行为，以下是具体情况：

以下内容发生在中文维基文库：
  • 2025年7月16日 (三) 17:42（UTC+8），s:zh:Special:Diff/2577258，在中文维基百科相关事件与中文维基文库毫无关联的情况下，Lemonaka将中文维基百科的纷争牵扯到中文维基文库，此行为涉嫌跨维基跟踪骚扰；
  • 2025年7月16日 (三) 19:09（UTC+8），由于气不过Lemonaka的骚扰跟踪，我在《s:zh:Wikisource:請求管理員幫助#提报Lemonaka》提报Lemonaka的跨维基跟踪骚扰行为，并把Lemonaka骂了一顿，因此事我被中文维基文库管理员Midleading封禁。但Lemonaka的跨维基跟踪骚扰行为未被中文维基文库管理员处理；
  • 之后，在《s:zh:Wikisource:請求管理員幫助#提报Lemonaka》的讨论中，Lemonaka多次不实声称我对Lemonaka的“對人身進行威脅”；
  • 2025年8月27日 (三) 12:01（UTC+8），s:zh:Special:Diff/2594113，Lemonaka将我与管理员Midleading就此次封禁情况进行的沟通不实声称为“糾纏”“騷擾”，不实声称本人“濫用討論頁”；
  • 2025年8月28日 (四) 00:05（UTC+8），s:zh:Special:Diff/2594188，Lemonaka不实声称本人实施了“人身安全的直接威脅”；


以下内容发生在元维基：
  • 2025年8月29日 (五) 15:52（UTC+8），Special:Diff/29194323，Lemonaka利用编辑摘要诽谤本人“harassment”。

Suggested solutions - (红渡厨)

  1. 涉及到中文维基百科的相关情况，由于案件正在中文维基百科的仲裁委员会处理中，因此我暂时不对中文维基百科的部分进行任何请求；
  2. 请求在中文维基文库对Lemonaka实施一定期间的封禁；
  3. 请求U4C要求Lemonaka就其长期的跨维基的诽谤、骚扰行为，向我道歉；
  4. 请求执行Lemonaka与我之间的全域永久互动禁制。

另外，由于我目前被中文维基文库封禁，无法向Lemonaka发送通知，请求U4C代我在中文维基文库向Lemonaka发送U4C案件通知。提前向U4C表示感谢。

Previous attempts at a solution - Lemonaka

The specific evidence regarding threat of harm, threats of doxxing on wiki and off-wiki from 红渡厨 (talk · contribs) has been submitted to U4C mailing list. I didn't want to disclose here again since that will cause Streisand effect which will generally harm myself. I'm so terrified on this case that I prefer not to talk it directly against the filer.

Please consider declining the case, currently the cases both on Chinese Wikipedia and Chinese Wikisource are under review by the local community. There's still more than one method before taking all the mess to here. Lemonaka (talk) 08:13, 3 September 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Except in instances of systemic failures, the U4C will not have jurisdiction to enforce the UCoC when a high-level decision-making body is able to (Arbitration Committees, Affiliations Committee, Wikimedia Foundation Elections Committee, Technical Code of Conduct committee, Stewards), warranting effective self-governance.

The jurisdiction issue may be a concern, as stipulated in Charter §4.2.1 above. And it is worthy of notice that the local ArbCom is actively handling the corresponding cases (w:zh:WP:A/HLW).

It would be great if the party that requested the case could demonstrate whether there are any systemic failures, or whether the case is beyond the jurisdiction of the local high-level decision-making body, i.e., zhwiki ArbCom.

Otherwise, unless credible evidence of systemic failure exists, or it can be proved that the relevant case exceeds the local ArbCom’s jurisdiction, the Committee should consider rejecting this case. --ZhaoFJx(T) 18:27, 29 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
