Introduction and expectations (max. 600 words for both questions)
Tell us who you are, why you are applying, and your relevant experience. My nickname is Civvì, I am an admin and bureaucrat on itwiki, I was in the UCoC drafting committee and last year I was elected in U4C for one year.

I am running again because I would like to continue working to ensure that U4C can provide communities with the help and support they need to establish governance and enforcement procedures.

This year the committee spent a lot of time creating its own internal procedures and trying to deal with a volume of cases that none of us expected. I hope that with this election the number of committee members will grow and more time can be devoted to the "Coordinating" part of U4C, namely prevention, as well as establishing best practices and contributing to the creation of training materials. Last year I declared that those are the U4C responsibilities to which I feel most inclined, this is still true and if re-elected I would really like to dedicate time and energy to that aspects.

Please describe what do you hope to do if elected. In case of re-election I will:
  • Continue to do what I am doing at the moment:
    • Focus on how to improve the internal processes of the committee
    • I have been helping to write and keep the internal documentation updated, I think it is very important to document and describe how the Committee works
    • Drafting summaries of information, facts and conclusions in some of the requests and cases
    • Trying to contribute constructively to the team bringing skills and sometimes "out of the box" ideas, in my opinion we have developed really good and effective brainstorming skills
  • Devote time to activities that have been slowed down or postponed for various reasons:
    • A matter that is particularly important for me is the review and ratification of the UCoC by the community
    • As I said in the previous section, I would also like to focus more on the preventive aspect of the U4C activity

I am way under my 600 word-limit, so I would like to add something more personal.
Over the past year I have learned a lot from my colleagues. We had a complicated start but I think we have reached a good level of collaboration and I would like to thank them all for that (as well as for their patience in fixing my grammar errors but we are a global committee and "support any members with lower levels of English knowledge" :-)).
