Hello, I’m Czeus25 Masele, a dedicated Wikimedian from Tanzania. I’ve been part of the Wikimedia movement for several years now, contributing to both content and community growth—especially in areas that are often underrepresented online. My journey started with a passion for sharing knowledge, and over time, it has grown into a deeper commitment to creating safe, respectful, and welcoming spaces for everyone in our movement. I’ve been involved in organizing local outreach events, training new editors, and supporting efforts that promote equity and inclusion across projects. I care deeply about making sure all voices are heard and that every contributor—no matter where they come from—feels supported and respected. To me, the Universal Code of Conduct isn’t just a policy; it’s a foundation for how we treat each other and build trust within our global community. I’m putting myself forward because I want to help strengthen that foundation, listen to diverse perspectives, and contribute to fair and transparent processes that protect and empower all Wikimedians |
