Please describe what do you hope to do if elected. | Applying to join the Universal Code of Conduct because I deeply believe in creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment across all Wikimedia projects. My years of experience as a contributor and community member have shown me both the strengths of our movement and the challenges we face in ensuring that everyone feels welcome and protected, regardless of background or experience level.
I want to help bridge gaps in communication and enforcement across communities, support local initiatives to implement the UCoC effectively, and ensure that all contributors—especially from underrepresented or emerging communities. have equal access to fair processes and support. By serving on the U4C, I hope to help develop systems that are transparent, community-driven, and adaptable to our diverse needs. |
