Комитет по пересмотру Руководства по обеспечению правоприменения Универсального кодекса поведения завершил обновление Руководства по правоприменению. В рамках ратификационного процесса сообщества, в период с 17 по 31 января 2023 года состоится голосование по обновленному Руководству.

Комитет провел пересмотр проекта руководства, основываясь на предложениях, собранных во время дискуссии сообщества в период с мая по июль 2022 года, во время рассмотрения сообществом в сентябре и октябре 2022 года, а также на основе голосования, проведенного в марте 2022 года.

Изменения преимущественно касаются следующих областей:

• Определение вида, назначения и применимости обучения по УКП.
• Упрощение формулировок для облегчения перевода и понимания людьми, не являющимися экспертами.
• Разъяснение концепции утверждения УКП.
• Пересмотр баланса между конфиденциальностью заявителя и нарушителя.
• Предоставление более подробной информации о Координационном комитете по Универсальному кодексу поведения (U4C) и Комитете по созданию U4C.
• Разъяснение неоднозначных фраз и терминов.

These factors include, but are not limited to: verifiability of the accusations, the length and effect of the sanction, and whether there is a suspicion of abuse of power or other systemic issues, and the likelihood of further violations. A new global committee called the Universal Code of Conduct Coordinating Committee (U4C) will be formed. This committee will be a co-equal body with other high-level decision making bodies (e.g. ArbComs and AffCom). Its purpose is to serve as final recourse in the case of systematic failures by local groups to enforce the UCoC. The U4C’s membership should be reflective of the global and diverse makeup of our global community.
