I am Issaka Abdul Fatawua dedicated professional teacher working with the Ghana Education Service (GES), where I am committed to shaping young minds through quality education. Teaching is not just my profession but a calling that drives me to inspire, guide, and support learners to reach their full potential. I believe in learner-centered education and strive to create an inclusive, engaging, and disciplined learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and moral development. Through my work at GES, I have developed strong classroom management skills, effective lesson planning abilities, and a deep understanding of curriculum delivery. I continuously seek opportunities for professional growth to improve my teaching methods and adapt to modern educational practices. My goal is to contribute positively to national development by nurturing responsible, knowledgeable, and confident students who can contribute meaningfully to society. Small-Scale Farmer in Livestock and Crop Production
In addition to my teaching career, I am actively involved in small-scale farming, focusing on both livestock and crop production. Farming has taught me discipline, patience, and the importance of sustainability. I engage in the rearing of livestock and the cultivation of crops using practical and environmentally friendly methods to ensure healthy yields and food security. My involvement in agriculture supports my livelihood and contributes to my community by promoting local food production. I am passionate about improving agricultural practices, learning new techniques, and encouraging young people to see farming as a viable and respectable venture. Through this work, I combine practical knowledge with dedication to help strengthen rural development and self-reliance.
I am also an Arabic instructor with a strong interest in language education and cultural studies. Teaching Arabic allows me to share linguistic knowledge while helping learners understand the language for religious, academic, and communication purposes. I focus on building strong foundations in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension, adapting my teaching approach to suit learners at different levels. As an Arabic instructor, I value patience, clarity, and consistency. I aim to make learning Arabic accessible and enjoyable by simplifying complex concepts and encouraging regular practice. My passion for the language motivates me to help students gain confidence and appreciation for Arabic as a valuable global language.
