My Work

I joined the Community Resources team as Senior Program Officer for Northern & Western Europe in May 2026.

I come to Wikimedia with a background in nonprofit management, grantmaking, and international program coordination. Most recently I was at Comms Hub, a nonprofit supporting communications and advocacy for civil societies across Europe and beyond, and before that at the Open Society Foundations - working on strategic communications, civic participation, information integrity, and organizational development.

What energizes me most is grantmaking and capacity strengthening: mapping ecosystems, cultivating partnerships, and supporting organizations navigating complex and fast-changing political environments. I'm also deeply curious about the social and ethical dimensions of AI, digital participation, and the future of open knowledge.

About Me

I'm originally from Russia with Chilean roots. I've spent the past 15 years living across Central Europe (mostly Hungary), Latin America (Chile), and now Barcelona for the last seven years.

Outside of work, I appreciate time with friends and family, learning about wine and winemaking, long road trips, and slowly rediscovering film photography.
