This group was founded by Canadianism, our first General Secretary, on 23 Sep 2005 as the Association of Antiexclusionist Wikipedians (AAEW). He has since left the group following some ethical issues involving the operation of this group, and gone on to form a new group, the Association of Antiexclusionist and Wikiliberal Wikipedians (AAWW), with whom we should not be confused. Since he attempted to disband this group, the AAEW, without any parliamentary vote, I, Blockinblox, am now the sole remaining member and I elect myself Interim General Secretary until such time as there are three members, when a new election will be held. This association will not only deal with those who exclude lots of information form an article and make it less in-depth, but also those who exclude counterpoints and bias an article.

Our Motto

Our motto is "Put a conclusion to exclusion!" This demonstrates our determination to conclude the exclusion of information in wikipedia's articles. Excluding depth and multiple points is horrible for wikipedia. It keeps people who research on wikipedia ignorant, and leads some to biases or conclusions before they read the major points (as exclusionistic wikipedians that exclude others' counterpoints do).

Members

By signing (placing) our names here, we vow to stop exclusion of in-depth information and counterpoints from articles (typical Wiki-exclusionism). We also vow to make administrative positions relatively inclusive, by allowing people of different gender, religion, Wiki-philosophy, or political affiliations join.

Goals

• To put a conclusion to the exclusion of in-depth fact in articles and the exclusion of counterpoints.
• Actively watch out for exclusionistic editing and removal of counterpoints on articles.
• Too make sure nobody is ever barred from Wikipedia on the basis of social ideology (e.g. Social conservatives vs. social progressives) or religion or secular Worldview.

General Secretary election

This will occur exactly one week after we have three or more members.

All significant matters will follow strict Robert's Rules of Parliamentary Procedure, with the General Secretary (or Interim General Secretary) as chair. Motions must be seconded to be voted upon, unless there is only one member, then motions are deemed carried by unanimous consent.

Resolutions

Be it resolved, that whereas the General Secretary is the only member, that he be authorized to make whatever cosmetic or other necessary changes to this page, the associated discussion page, and any annexe pages (followed by / forward slash) as may be created in the future, as he may deem fit, and that his title officially be changed from General Secretary to President, pronounced to rhyme with 'trident' so as to emphasis the presiding character of his office, in compliance with Parliamentary Procedure.
