Mapping Japanese Hiragana and Katakana for wiki search

Please help translate to your language

The Search team at the foundation will soon enable a mapping between Japanese hiragana and katakana for searching on Meta and other English-language projects.

For example, this would allow おおかみ and オオカミ (both "wolf") to match each other in a search. There should be no effect on any other searches.
