Upcoming Hovercards A/B test

Earlier this year a discussion about enabling Hovercards was met with generally positive responses. The Reading web team would like to run an A/B test on the Russian Wikipedia for users starting this coming week. This test would run for up to 60 days and Hovercards would only be seen by 10% of visitors. Logged-in editors will not see any change to their preferences. After the test is run the Reading web team will analyze the results to better understand how Hovercards are used. If you have any questions on concerns, please let me know.
