By default, the only sites that are shown are meta, commons, wikidata, and enwiki. This can be customized by setting window.GlobalWatchlistConfig.sites to an array of the sites you would like included.

A custom special page, Special:BlankPage/GlobalWatchlistConfig, can also be used on metawiki only to configure the sites you want to use without needing to edit manually. Each entry should be in the form "*.*" (eg: en.wikipedia, meta.wikimedia, www.wikidata) (up to version 1.7.5, the form was *.*.org - while this still works, support will be phased out eventually). This will overwrite any current settings.
