Felix Joseph Samari is a Nigerian historian, peace advocate, and communications professional with research interests in decolonization, religion, and cultural diplomacy.

He is a postgraduate student in the Department of History and Diplomatic Studies, with a focus on Nigerian and African History. His work explores themes of freedom of religion or belief (FoRB), human rights, interfaith relations, and community development.

Felix is the CEO of Wisepen Resources Communications and actively participates in initiatives that promote democratic values, cultural preservation, and grassroots development in Nigeria.

He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
