I am a support software engineer at Wiki Education, the nonprofit that supports the Wikipedia Education Program in the United States and Canada and develops Programs & Events Dashboard. My main responsibility is in monitoring and responding to support requests and bug reports from Programs & Events Dashboard users, validate and characterize bugs and create GitHub issues for them, and implement fixes when practical.
