About me

I joined the Wikimedia Enterprise team in October 2025, bringing a background in Customer Success, program management, and global operations. I thrive in roles that combine thoughtful problem-solving, collaboration, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. I value teams that lead with kindness, clarity, and purpose, and I’m energized by organizations—like Wikimedia—that focus on mission, impact, and empowering people around the world. I live in Colorado, and outside of work I’m passionate about travel, cooking, photography, exploring new places, and finding great coffee shops wherever I go.

My work

My career has covered customer success, program management, and operational leadership across organizations ranging from Amazon to high-growth SaaS startups. I’ve built onboarding frameworks, led global process improvements, supported enterprise customers, and helped teams scale with clarity and efficiency. Before joining Wikimedia, I worked in roles focused on customer experience, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional coordination. I have a deep appreciation for creating experiences that feel intuitive, supportive, and human. What excites me about Wikimedia Enterprise is the opportunity to help customers succeed while contributing to a mission that makes knowledge more accessible to the world.
