About me
¡Holaaa! (: I’m a social communicator and journalist with experience in scientific research and outreach activities. I have worked at institutions such as the Servicio Nacional de la Mujer y la Equidad de Género (SernamEG) and at the Oficina de Divulgación y Difusión de la Ciencia y la Tecnología at Universidad de La Serena. My work has focused on initiatives related to the defense of democracy, human rights, freedom of expression, and combating misinformation.
Originally from La Serena, Región de Coquimbo, the same region as poet Gabriela Mistral. I’m now based in Santiago, where I work at Wikimedia Chile.
Random detail about me: I can’t survive a day without coffee and music.
My work
Currently I work as a Community Manager at Wikimedia Chile, overseeing social media management and the creation of written and audiovisual content. I also coordinate the offline community, focusing on internal communication and members' engagement.
