Hi! I'm Natalia from Poland.

I joined the Wikimedia Movement in 2022 as Executive Director of WMPL - a position I held until the end of November 2024. I am currently a member of the Wikimedia Poland Association and an active volunteer. I have also been a member of the CEE Hub Steering Committee since September 2024.

As a Wikimedian, I try to actively support the volunteers and staff of the Movement - I provide advice and expertise in management (including HR), project organization, financial management and fundraising, governance standards. Once in a while, I implement trainings on basic methods of using generative AI tools.

I am a linguist by training; I also studied management and finance and banking. I have been a manager of projects, teams and organizations for more than 17 years. I especially enjoy acting as a Knowledge Manager.

I am fascinated by technology and making people use it in a way that improves the quality of their work and makes their lives easier.
